The ILSAP industrial site contains four distinct and compatible production units, which can work both autonomously and in a coordinated manner.

The Refining plant produces 200 tons of refined oils and biomass every day, while the Transesterification Plant produces 20 tons of Glycerin and 200 tons of crude Biodiesel every day, and can do so either starting from what is produced by the twin refining plant or using refined oils from other sources.

To complete the plant, a Continuous Esterification plant with a capacity of 90 tons per day enhances the recovery of Fatty Acids from Refining to optimize the production of Biodiesel while minimizing waste; the same plant is able to work independently even with products from outside.

Finally, the Biodiesel Distillation plant produces 180 tons per day of Distilled Biodiesel and 20 tons of Distillation Residues, improving the quality of the product and bringing it to a higher degree of purity, in compliance with the technical specifications required by current legislation.

All plants can work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and thanks to the extensive use of technologies that are among the most modern available, they produce refined oils, glycerine, distillation residues and biodiesel, perfectly compliant with the specifications, standards and customer needs.

The presence of a modern chemical laboratory allows the production of oils and fuels of constant and controlled quality.

The qualitative uniformity of the finished product is guaranteed regardless of the chemical characteristics of the raw materials or semi-finished products.
