Introduction

This website (hereinafter the "Site") was created by ILSAP srl with registered office in Rome (RM), with the aim of publishing data and documents relating to the services, structure and activities carried out by ILSAP srl.

Some sections, sub-pages and/or parts may still be inactive and/or without content as they are being developed. The Site may therefore be incomplete and constantly updated and adapted.

At this stage, the contents of the Site are merely informative and presentational of ILSAP srl itself and of the main functions performed and, also in order to allow its expansion and updating, may be subject to suspensions of accessibility and usability resulting from the necessary technical interventions.

Also in light of the foregoing, access, consultation and use of the pages and/or parts of the Sites entail the unconditional acceptance, by the user (hereinafter the "User"), of the provisional and incomplete nature of the Site and of the content of these Legal Notes.

The contents of the Site - including data, news, information, images, graphics, drawings, trademarks and domain names - are the property of ILSAP srl, unless otherwise indicated, are protected by copyright and industrial property law and trademark protection. The Site may also contain images, documents, logos and trademarks of third parties who have expressly authorised ILSAP srl to publish them on the Site. The aforementioned third-party material is also protected by copyright and trademark protection law and is copyrighted.

Except for strictly personal use, the User is not granted any license or right of use and therefore it is not permitted to record such contents - in whole or in part - on any type of media, reproduce them, copy them, publish them and use them for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from ILSAP srl, except for the possibility of making a copy for exclusively personal use.

Terms of publication of contents

The information contained in the Site is produced by internal sources of ILSAP srl, unless otherwise indicated. ILSAP srl has the right to modify, at any time, and at its own discretion, the contents and the functional and operational methods of the Site, without prior notice.

The information contained in the Site is provided in good faith by ILSAP srl and is periodically updated and verified. ILSAP srl ensures that the information contained in the Site meets the requirements of reliability, correctness, accuracy, completeness and timeliness. In any case, ILSAP srl does not assume and therefore declines any and all responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies, deficiencies and omissions found in the published contents, whether they derive from material errors or misprints, data input, formatting or digitization. The same considerations also apply to the contents, hosted on the Site, produced by third-party companies on which ILSAP srl relies.

The contents of the Site are purely for informational purposes and do not in any way represent a commercial offer.

Access to external linked sites

ILSAP srl is in no way responsible for the content of any other WEB site through which - via a link - the User has reached the Site, nor for that of the WEB sites accessible, via links, from the Site itself, nor, finally, for any losses or damages suffered by the User for any reason as a result of the access by the same to WEB sites to which the Site is connected via links.

Limitation of liability

ILSAP srl is also not responsible for the failure to use the Site, for the delay in updating the related information, nor for damages resulting from any interruptions, suspensions, delays or anomalies in the connection to the Site dependent on the supply of electricity or telephone service or from poor functioning of the Internet network or from any other cause not dependent on ILSAP srl.

ILSAP srl and the technical structures, including those of third-party suppliers, delegated by the same, protect the ILSAP srl computer system against the risk of intrusion and the action of programs aimed at damaging or interrupting its functioning, through the adoption of suitable electronic tools and antivirus systems. However, it is the User's sole responsibility to equip their electronic tools used for Internet browsing with programs and systems designed to ensure safe browsing on computer networks and adequate protection from viruses and other harmful programs.

Communications regarding complaints, reports or reports for operational activations that may be submitted to the competent police forces must not be sent to this email address.
